Impressionism
This Art Movement was known as Impressionism. This was a bunch of artist who were rejected and insulted for there new diverse styled paintings. They painted realistic landscape mostly, with full pure, bright colours. The movement was extremely radical and took many artist a lot of imagination to create it. Its went against many peoples views and what they thought was art. It was a stand and I really like it. The techniques many artist used including Monet, Renoir, Pissarro and Degas was strong colours and brush stokes. Many of the paintings were based outside rather than in a studio.
Picasso was very known for these techniques. He was influenced by Millet and Corot.
